Stamp Student Union.

Asian, Pacific Islander & Desi American Heritage Month 2024 (APIDA)

"To the Table" is a campaign celebrating Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi American Heritage Month 2024 at the University of Maryland. The Multicultural Inclusion Community and Advocacy (MICA) department chose the theme of "food gathering," emphasizing inclusion, welcome, vibrant chaos, and an abundance of food.

“Study Buddies" is a University of Maryland campaign designed to promote the well-being of students by encouraging them to take regular breaks during finals. The campaign aims to reduce stress and enhance productivity by suggesting various relaxing and engaging activities during study sessions.

  • Age & Ageism (Sites that address problems resulting from systemic societal prejudice and discrimination on the grounds of age),

  • Education (Sites that provide access to education outside the traditional classroom in order to respond to the systemic inequitable distribution of academic resources, particularly in communities that are historically and currently oppressed and underserved)

  • Environmental Conservation (Sites that work to protect natural resources for current and future generations)

  • Food Justice & Hunger (Sites that provide food resources to communities impacted by structural barriers to the human right of access to healthy food)

  • Socioeconomic Inequity (Sites that provide access to resources that some lack due to the systemic inequitable distribution of wealth in our society.)

Terps for Change Sticker Designs

Terps for Change (T4C) is a community service-learning program at the STAMP Student Union that partnered students with local nonprofits. They sought sticker designs to promote each focus area within the program: Age & Ageism, Education, Environmental Conservation, Food Justice & Hunger, and Socioeconomic Inequity.

Client: Terps for Change

Deliverables: Die-cut Stickers

Maryland Dairy Sticker

I designed a sticker for Maryland Dairy that features Kermit the Frog, the iconic character created by Jim Henson, a distinguished alumnus of the University of Maryland. We aimed to capture the essence of summertime fun and evoke feelings of warmth and happiness, as well as pay tribute to the legacy of Henson, whose creations have brought joy to countless people around the world.
